Chief Scouts' Gold Award

This badge is the highest award available in the Scout Section. It is gained by completing all of the following Scout Challenges:

• The Promise Challenge

• The Outdoor Challenge

• The Creative Challenge

• The Fitness Challenge

• The Global Challenge

• The Community Challenge

And any two of:

• The Outdoor Plus Challenge

• The Adventure Challenge

• The Expedition Challenge

If a Scout has not quite completed the requirements for the top award before they move on to the Explorer Scout Unit, they may complete it during their first weeks in the Unit.

Activity Badges

There are 70 Activity badges specially designed for the Scout section. These are in addition to the six Staged Activity badges which can be awarded to members of the Beaver, Cub, Scout and Explorer sections. These are:
