BOOKING GUESTWELL CAMPSITE

So that everyone is aware of their responsibilities when using the facilities at Guestwell please read the terms and conditions before applying to camp.

If you wish to book please telephone Mobile 07513279401,. stating name telephone number, name of group, dates required and numbers.

Please remember we are all volunteers and we will get back to you as soon as possible. (Hopefully within 24hrs)

If your dates are available, you will then be asked to download and print of the booking form completed and signed with a cheque made out to “Guestwell Scout and Guide HQ”. for £50.00 to secure your booking to address below. (This payment cannot be refunded if you decide to cancel at a later date.)

When you arrive at agreed time and collect the keys you can confirm your actual group number and pay the balance of your camp fees. You will be asked for a damage waiver cheque for £100.00 which will be returned to you when you leave. Electricity meter reading will be taken on arrival and on departure and should be settled on departure.
